​Have you ever wanted to record a scene or flex your impersonation skills with the professionals? “V.O. To Go,” is the newest con experience that allows fans the opportunity to record alongside their favorite actor in a professional working environment. 

The “V.O. To Go” experience debuted this summer at the Voices Against Cancer Initiative, a charity convention, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to positive reviews. Actor Charlie Schlatter and business partner Matt Gitkin are the brains behind this operation. As a prolific voice actor and con veteran, Charlie sought to offer fans an experience that goes beyond a brief two or three minute photo-op or a short video shout-out on the noisy con floor. “V.O. To Go” guarantees an experience like no other. 

“V.O. To Go” operates in a manner similar to a photo-op. Fans have the opportunity to purchase an experience with a celebrity at an allotted time slot, they go into the “V.O. To Go” recording booth and rehearse and record their scene or shout-out working with the celebrity. The recording is then mixed and edited in-house, transferred to a flash drive and given to the person within minutes. Fans also have the opportunity to film the entire experience at an additional cost.
